| 0:52.1 | feeling and then that eating snowballs into eating more and more. |

| 1:01.9 | emotion you feel, the more discomfort you feel, the more you eat. And you go into it knowing |

| 1:13.5 | this, you'll need to be willing to feel through your emotions and process through them instead of |
| 1:18.3 | eating to try and manage them or change them. You'll acknowledge how you're feeling, you'll accept |

| 1:28.8 | allow the feeling to be there without trying to force it away and you can do some helpful things like |
