Hello and welcome to another episode of Spiritual Shit. I'm your host, Alia Lovely.

Today is, I would say, maybe a channeled message, but the lingo of that really agitates me

lately. I am in a space of not wanting to adhere to normative language in the way that we speak about

spirituality. And the fluctuation of what I enjoy or am interested in or am questioning or

curious about has really done a dozy on me this year.

And I know you haven't heard from me as much as you had in previous years.

And that's because this year I was going through an extraordinary shedding.

And I've decided that in the new

era of what I choose to bring to the table is a call and message for those who feel called to

serve in some way, this collective. And I don't mean in the sense of like we're here to

heal everybody, we're here to overfunction, we're here to overperform, we're here to give our

gifts out and so on. I mean, for those who are here to really acknowledge and embody the divinity

of the light they are in totality. In this density of this

frequency, of this realm of the earth that we live in, are you willing to really embody your

divine light? I think that for a lot of us, we have gone through such a deep

shedding process this year that we're kind of, you know, wondering at the end of this year,

where does that leave me? What is it I'm to do with this new information, with this new version of

self? I know for myself, I've gone through several identity crises where I worked on three

months of new branding, a new name, a new podcast, a new website, all to come down to the idea of that, wait a minute,

I feel like I'm running from something. I'm trying to shed without integrating what has brought

me to this place and to this point. And so what I would like to kind of encourage you with, I guess, today is this aspect of shedding,

acknowledging and integrating the South.
