I am listening to a book for my book club that I'm in.

It's Lullaby by Chuck Palinick.

Oh, my God, I haven't read a book by him in a while.

I haven't read anything of his in a long time.

I weirdly think I've actually listened to this audiobook, but it's been a really long

time.

I think it was like when it came out.

It's read by Richard Poe.

If you're not familiar with it, it came out 20 years ago or something like that, or

15, 20 years ago.

But it is about a reporter who's investigating a sudden infant death syndrome for like a

newspaper, and then he keeps going to these houses, and he starts to see the same book

at the houses, and he's like, wait, and he realizes that there is a song or poem in this

book that is a culling song, which if you read to someone, it kills them.

Oh, my God.
