I have no willpower. Like I've got a friend that can let's just say like she wants a ice cream, right? So she can open a pint of ice cream.

She can have like three bites and then put it away. Like I'm not that way. Like if it's there, I'm going to eat it. So snacking to me like if I open a bag of something.

It's most like sometimes only half of it, but most likely I'm going to eat the whole evening. I'm not hungry. I'm still going to go into our bag.

I don't have a really bad snacking problem, right? I think that's hereditary. I just took a big bag of salted almond almonds from your dad

because you could be left in the room with them. Yeah, it's just gone. It's like it's as good as gone for me.

So woke up this morning had my I literally have I'm going to have a system now. And as long as I can get through this hump this afternoon hump.

This is where it's going to be the hardest part. I knew it was going to be. So we'll see woke up this morning had a had my decaf cup of coffee had my protein bar.

Then I had my green smoothie about an hour later. Then I had another protein bar, which typically would be my oatmeal for the morning,

but I didn't have all the ingredients to make it last night. So it was another protein bar. So then I had my meal my lunch.
