Today's going to be a fun podcast because we're talking TikTok.

And I know a lot of people use TikTok and I've kind of referenced it before here and there.

But today I'm going to go in on it a bit.

And I thought you might be interested, especially from the title, which is was TikTok mentioned in the Sira?

And for those of you who are not familiar with the word sira, it basically means bibliography, but technically

it really means kind of Islamic history. Was TikTok mentioned? The answer is yes and no. And I'm

going to get to that in a minute because obviously no TikTok wasn't around then. But had it been,

it would have easily fallen into this other thing that yes was very much mentioned.

And I think it was really important for us as Muslims is to stop thinking that stuff is new.

When it's just the same old stuff, we're going to do it. Let's talk about it.

during COVID, at least in this part of the world, I don't know about where you are. And he's like,

people are going crazy. He's like the flights are, you know, like, and you know, like with anything else,

I feel like sometimes the airlines take total advantage. So there is a bit of that going on too.
