These are my favorite episodes.

0:07.0

You know what they are mine too.

0:09.6

Because, yeah, the science is important.

0:11.7

The history of former hunks and hunkheads love it.

0:15.2

But talking to real life in the flesh,

0:18.1

hunks doing the damn thing at the highest level. I meant it when I said,

0:23.4

Austin, I saw you last time I was like you're in the video, why I said, you made me feel bad like

0:28.8

one. I hate that you're, you know, completely shattering this illusion that I think the general

0:35.1

fitness population has, that power lifters, in quotation,

0:38.8

that they're not in shape, that they're fat, that they're not muscular. This dude was on the other

0:43.1

side of the gym, just putting in, as he said, light work, which is above my max. Doesn't even

1:04.2

you some love even for that in the video, because I'm like, man, this guy, like, Eric's the

1:08.2

bodybuilding individual. So he's the one that can answer that question.

1:11.6

But I'm just saying strong and also yaked, top tier hunk right there.

1:16.9

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I don't know, I've always been sort of kind of

1:22.0

kind of. I think it's because, honestly, I have a very athletic background. So I like,

1:27.2

Harleasing wasn't my first sport.
