0:18.4	So when I look at startups now, I don't look at all the reasons of why we'll fail.
0:21.9	I'll write them down sometimes.
0:23.8	And then I usually rip that page up and then I just list the one or two reasons of why

0:28.8	So here's all the reasons why it's not going to work.

0:41.7	How do you know they're not going to kill you, right?

0:47.9	Like, I don't even need to understand if Airbnb is going to work if that many people
0:52.6	are going to raise their hand.
0:54.0	But of course in the beginning it was just those five crazy people.
0:57.2	Now those five crazy people, if you talk to them, they would be able to sit there and
