I just finished an infrared yoga class and then had a session with a client right after.

And I wanted to share with you something me and this client were talking about.

She did a short-term one on with me and high-level person definitely killing it and her business

internationally doing incredible things and she was feeling very guilty um around

the belief that she her her physical person was the only way people could transform by getting direct access

to her. And I was like, no, this is why we have courses, this is why we have bundles,

this is why we have memberships, this is why we create containers filled with content

and information and energy that creates transformation because you if you're

called to help massive amounts of people hundreds of thousands of millions of people you

cannot directly talk to each of them personally each day it's impossible but you can get them

high quality transformational content programs

workbooks meditations things they need right so what I was saying to her is listen love

you are the tool your body your heart your mind your spirit you are the tool that allows you to do

this incredible work and you have to protect your tool you have to protect your vessel and you

have to really value your own time and energy and they're the belief that the only way to help someone is

to direct access to you will drain you your tool the thing that you have to keep healthy

and strong so you can do the work you're here to do on a massive skeleton level that That's today's lesson.
