Welcome to a new episode of And She Rises, The Fuck Up, the podcast.

I am your host and friend, Amanda Francis, and I'm so excited to bring you a little

ditty that was coming through me this morning so I was on the

internet and I saw someone who follows my work and is in my courses and whatnot say something that

sounded a lot like me and I was like man I haven't taught on this in a little while so

let's just riff so the thing is you know I've been doing this a good minute I started my

business eight years ago I've been completely online for think, five years and it's been quite a journey.

And the online space has changed a whole lot since, you know, I got involved. I mean from the way

algorithms work to the way Facebook groups worked. There wasn't Insta story. There wasn't Facebook

live when I started. I mean, we were, you had to do, I don't say you had to do, but we often

did webinars, you know, so that people could hear our voices live in real time. And it was just,

it was a different landscape and it was a different time. And I'm proud to have done my thing over many seasons and continued to create inspiring, empowering

content for, you know, thousands of women who are now enrolled in my digital courses and offers.

And I think one thing that's true when you help people with the foundation of their mindset

and their energy and their understanding around how they're going to start and grow a business,

when you're a pivotal part of someone's like, like I said, foundation, I think you're an example.

And it feels a little bit weird to say like, I am an example.

But I'm an example, you know.

So when someone, you know, does money mentality makeover, boss lady branding, or become a money making coach, or course creation queen, or one of my more foundational courses, it makes sense to me that there might be a season where they're integrating the content, they're taking it in, they're making it their own, and they might sound like me for a minute before they fully made it their own
