Hey everybody, welcome back to The One's Ready Podcast.

During the team room, Trent and I decided to sit you down and chat with you a little bit,

a real serious fireside chat, if you will, not really.

We get, you know, we've covered this in the past and we've talked about it and we joke

about it because we get a lot of questions that are, a lot of morale questions, a lot

of my questions that, you know, a little bit of research, you could find out.

But then what would I have to do today on a Tuesday or Wednesday, whatever today is?

So we are here for you to answer some of those questions.

So and like I said, Trent, we've done the day today, like what does the day to day look

like from a pipeline aspect and from a team life aspect, but I think it's good to rehash

it.

I don't necessarily know that I'm comfortable enough going into what the day to day

like is in the pipeline because there are so many different variations of that.

It's so hard because like it's, you know, I just want to be like, you'll know when you

get there because you'll be told what you're supposed to be ready for tomorrow, you know,

and as long as your gear is marked correctly, everything is as clean and ready to go and

you show up on time, you know, and that's the thing.

Sometimes they might tell you what's going to happen and sometimes they won't.

So it's, it's, it's, I don't know, I have a hard time with this too because like one

of the most appealing things about the job is that there is no day to day.

There is no normal.

There is no, you know, every Tuesday I do this.
