And I think so many of our clergy are so afraid of shrinking numbers and shrinking churches that they do fake vulnerability.

You know, and we just, we throw around that term all the time.

A vulnerability think you're being so vulnerable.

And it's generally fake.

You know, it's like, I'm being really vulnerable now.

Like I love chocolate.

And it's like, really? You know, because this person's

addicted to pornography and this one's gambled away the college fund, but you're addicted to chocolate.

Okay, I'm going to come talk to you, pastor. You know, it's, it's just nonsense. And I think the stakes

are too high. We've got to be real.

And this is why churches lose the people who have more of a healthy sense of that,

or they think they don't belong there,

and it's just like the dysfunctional committees.

You know, the wrong people quit.

But I think pastors, we have a lot to do with that.
