to know each other so long ago? Sure. As you said in the bio, I think I came out of the womb with anxiety. I can't

remember my life without it. And in fact, when I was kind of thinking about what we were going to

talk about today, I thought of a quick little funny thing just to show you how long anxiety's

been a part of my life. I can remember one of my first

memories as a kid and I probably was four or five. We were having a birthday party for me at a park.

So all the family was there. You know, we're running around having a great time. I can remember this like

raggedy and cake and we were eating watermelon. And I remember swallowing watermelon seeds.

And my little mind thought, how sad, I'm going to die. I'm not going to tell my parents today
