0:26.5	I stumbled on a Facebook live from 2016, I think, where it was the day that I left my pitching job. It was the day that I was in
0:43.4	Michigan in a Meyer grocery store and I closed my stage down, packaged it up, put it on a
0:51.9	palette, wrapped it up, and sent it back to corporate.
0:57.0	And then I had some coaching calls and I did this workout.
1:01.0	And then I took a walk and did a Facebook live and talked to my audience at the time about what I was thinking about and my experience.
1:10.0	And I watched it and it was just,
1:13.2	it literally brought tears to my eyes. And it reminded me of how much wisdom I have to offer
1:19.8	when it comes to working full time, when to transition and to becoming a full time coach,
1:26.0	and how to not be miserable in the
1:28.1	in-between, how to manage that. And so what I thought I would do today is I thought I would
1:34.8	give you my best advice, my best coaching, if you are working full-time and when to make that
1:42.2	transition and how to think in the in-between. And then at the end of this episode, I've asked my team to kind of cut out some
1:49.5	of the like, hi, Tracy, hi, Morgan, like that stuff out and keep the heart of the message.
1:57.5	And so I asked them to pull that from Facebook and add that to the end of this episode.
2:02.2	I think it's also fun to just see me and how I've evolved from that moment until now.
2:07.7	And then a couple of people ended up commenting on that post.
2:10.1	And it kind of has now been circulating through my program.
2:13.3	So a lot of my clients have also enjoyed listening to that.
