Then you have quarterbacks like Hendon Hooker,

who transferred to a team like Tennessee

or a national brand that traditionally has been pretty good,

but has fallen on hard times for pretty much decades.

And he has helped, and it wasn't just him,

but he has helped resurrect the Tennessee program

back to where they believe they belong.
