All right, everybody. Thank you guys for joining us. It is day two at the senior

bowl. As you can see, we're here. The players are arriving for the breakfast

session. I'm going to try and grab a couple of those those guys coming out was

that practice yesterday. Got a lot to report. And there's a lot going on in the

world of sports, especially in the NFL. And that's where I want to start.

Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos agreed to terms. The Saints, obviously, when

he retired was still, you know, kind of hooked to the Saints. Now they unbevy

themselves of the burden of Sean Payton. And what they received was by giving

away Sean Payton, they get the Broncos first round pick this year, which is the

29th overall pick. Then they get a second round pick in 20 in next year's draft.

And then they gave the Broncos receive a 2024 pick from the Saints a couple

years down the road here. And when you look at the overall compensation and

and the even headiness of the deal, because that's what everybody looks at, right?

Who won the trade? Why did they do these things? When I look at the over arcing

type of or the archetype of this deal. And the first thing when I saw it was, if

I was Sean Payton, why would I take this job? Why would I take the Denver Broncos

job with what's going on with Russell Wilson? And the more you think about it,

kind of comes back down to why anybody does anything. You have the leverage and

you have the money and you also have longevity. What do I mean by that?

The Broncos missed on Jim Harball, right? We heard Jim Harball. We heard Demiko

Ryan to end up turning it down. This announces the Texans head coach yesterday.

David Shaw was a leading candidate for the job as well. And these people that
