So that was not fun, and I actually started to learn a lot about it. And most of the conventional

things that people tell you to do are not right at all, and mass-titus does not mean you

have an infection. It could, it can be infected, it can become infected, but you can actually

even have fever chills all that without an infection. But it's super interesting if you

deep dive into it. Like I did this week, and I found this amazing account that one of the

followers sent to me, and it's called Your Two Jugs. So I recommend everybody going to

check out your two jugs. I actually reached out to them to come on the podcast, and they're

like crazy busy right now, but they were like we would love to come on in 2023. So I'm

hoping to schedule them in after the new year, and they have a free mass-titus guide. They
