Ed and I thought that in this week's

podcast what we could do is expand on some themes in a recent video that I

uploaded. In fact I uploaded this video last week and it was a response to Joe Rogan and claims about hunting,

the claims about the morality behind hunting and the claims around the environmental aspects of hunting. And so I thought we could expand on that video and so for those of you who haven't seen the video it is a conversation he's having with John Stewart who is the ex-host of the daily show he's a well-known comedian and television presenter in the US and he's also vegan along with his wife and they run an animal sanctuary together and so this was the conversation and it was uploaded to YouTube on Joe Rogan's kind of

podcast highlight clip section. And so I just thought that I would do a response to it.

And through doing that I realized a lot about hunting and more than I could put into the video even though the video itself was fairly

substantial in length I think it was clocking in about 26 minutes and that was cut down

as well so there's a lot that can be said about this and so I thought it would be good to include that within a podcast.

And so we're going to do that today. We're going to talk about these different issues, go into a little bit more detail about it.
