I know this is somewhat of an interesting topic because I primarily created this podcast

for individuals who are actively trying to get over their ex, meaning when I think about her

and what I think that individual needs most, I'm really thinking about that individual as if

she's hurting, her partner decided to leave and she's struggling to move on. But in reality, there's

another side to this, right? What if you were the person who left? That's still painful.

And I help a lot of clients going through that side of it. And I also help clients who still

haven't yet decided and are actually still in the relationship. I've had scenarios where there

has been infidelity on both sides. For example, she had an affair and her husband wanted to

work on the relationship, but she wasn't sure if that's what she wanted to do, but definitely

wanted coaching to come to a solid, confident decision around staying or going.

And then I have the opposite side of this where the husband had the affair and she doesn't

know if she wants to stay or go.

And oftentimes there are kids in the mix and everything.

So at the end of the day, they just want to feel good about staying or feel good about leaving and feel very

confident in the decision they're making. And I want to address this on the podcast because I not

only think it's important to try and help anyone in this situation, but I also think it's really
