founder of the Invest in Your Leaders course. He's been paid to speak in all seven continents

including Antarctica and is the former CEO of 1-800 got junk which was

ranked the number two company to work for in all of Canada and twice ranked

number one to work for in BC. It even became a case study at the Harvard Business

School. He's coached dozens of real companies globally and is known for creating world

class company cultures.
