This is your host, Chloe Brotheridge. I'm a coach, a hypnototherapist, and I'm the author of

The Anxiety Solution and Brave New Girl. And this podcast is all about helping you to become

0:16.0

your calmest, happiest and most confident self. Hi everyone. I hope you're doing well today. I am sitting at a very

0:23.8

sunny desk in my office. Got the sun on my face and I'm actually drinking a coffee. I do realize that

0:31.3

only a few weeks ago I was sharing here about how I'd given up coffee for anxiety, well, I've slightly gone back on that

And I don't know if you were into your medicinal mushrooms or not,

1:21.0

but Lions Main is one of the less offensive tasting ones.

1:26.0

It actually tastes like really nothing having it in coffee.

1:28.7

I have about a teaspoon in there. And yeah, it's really good for your brain, apparently.

1:34.5

I can help with focus, which is definitely something I need right now. I have noticed that having a

1:38.7

baby that my focus is not what it was. Sometimes it takes me a while to find a word and just a pause of a few

1:46.9

split seconds longer than it would normally. So I'm trying to do things that are going to help me

1:50.2

with my mind and my focus and that sort of thing. Anyway, let's talk about this week's podcast.
