I must admit I was a clown to be messing around, but that doesn't mean that you have to leave down. Come back. Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye. Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye. Hey! How you doing? I'm all right, David Hellard. How are you?

0:38.9

Good, good, good, thanks, Jody, Rayleigh. Welcome to Bad Boy Running.

0:43.4

What's up with you, sir?

0:46.3

Well, I think you know what's up with me.

0:49.8

I think I've had, so, listen, if you've been following over the last couple of weeks, you will

0:55.3

1:42.0

But we should have a gout aid station that is just foods that

1:45.9

purport to give you gout. Well this is a thing, okay. So I think that this is exactly the thing

1:51.3

1:58.0

And it's clear from, there's a lot of people who've had gout and there's a lot of people who haven't had gout and all the people who haven't had gout are giving their, you know, trying to give their opinion. There's what gives people gout or what doesn't give people gout. And the people who have had gout go, not, all of that's absolute rubbish. I don't eat any of that stuff and I've still got gout.

2:17.5

It doesn't make any sense.
