0:23.3	Good. I'm so happy you're here. I'm going to read a little bio, but we're going to talk a lot about your stuff. So, you know, some people have bigger bios than others. I chose your little blur because we're going to talk so much about this passion of yours.
0:39.3	So Trina is a certified EFT practitioner, a wife, a mother of two amazing daughters. She's passionate about a holistic
0:46.8	approach to health and wellness and loves learning about new ways to live better. Traveling with
0:52.4	her family is one of her most favorite things to do,
0:55.4	either exploring somewhere new or revisiting some of your most loved places. And as I'm reading
1:01.4	that, I'm realizing you probably haven't gone very many places recently. No, it's actually been
1:06.6	very sad for us. I know. Are you, are you in California?

1:12.9	I'm in the Los Angeles area in California.
1:15.8	And we moved here about a year ago from Portland, Oregon.
1:20.7	Oh, wow.

1:23.7	I was born in Tarzana, wherever that is.
1:27.2	Yes, I do.
1:29.2	I've been told it's not the best area, but that's okay.
1:35.4	I was born in Stockton, so I get the same response.
