well. It's a beautiful sunny day here. We're finally getting summer in the UK. I can feel that

everyone's mood is slightly uplifted as a result of this. And I really wanted to talk today about

something that comes up so often for my clients. And it's something that I have to address in my courses

when I'm working with people, when I work with people one to one. We nearly always have to

address the topic of habits because it plays such a significant role in whether or not we're going to be able to create changes in our

lives because let's face it, most of us know what we should be doing. We know we should be

drinking more water. We should be exercising, going to bed early, you know, doing meditation,

all these sorts of things. We know we should do. And the thing that stops us is that we can't get ourselves to do those things consistently.

And yet, it is consistently having these little habits in our lives that ends up changing our lives.

And when I talk about habits, it doesn't have to be something huge.

Very often, it's these little habits that we can incorporate into our lives that can make

such a difference to our happiness, to our anxiety levels, to our well-being, to our success

in life, whatever that might look like for you. So habits are so important. And for me personally,

being able to do things consistently has been the key thing, I think, in creating change in

myself. And so when I was getting ready to

have a baby, I was consistently practicing my hypnobirthing, listening to my hypnotherapy

recordings, listening to my affirmations, doing those practices and exercises when I was
