I have Dustin and Melissa Nickerson.

Dustin Nickerson is a comedian. He just

wrote a book called How to Be Married to Melissa. I'm here to talk to them both about comedy,

about marriage, about how they make it work. Dustin has a lot of really great insights in a book

that Melissa also participates in. I really just wanted to hear from them about

how they put it all together. I think you ought to pick up Dustin's book. I'm a big fan. I'll tell you

for your Puget Sound listeners, raised by a single dad, you know, non-religious environment.

We weren't poor. We were poor adjacent. We were right there in the

vicinity of poverty. Small house, big extended family, mostly redneck crew, you know,

went to met her in high school, went to the University of Washington. We got married while we
