So let me get this straight.

We are on the Lovejoy Hour to tell people about our show, our podcast.

That's exactly what's going on, yes.

This is great.

I can't think of anybody else's show.

I would rather be on talking about our show.

We've only got, we've got less than 60 seconds.

We need to crack off.

Let's not tell everybody about how great Tim Lovejoy is because people know that already, right?

Because they're listening. You've got to tell them about our podcast.

Yes, we are a show about running and fitness and mental wellness.

But we do like to have a bit of fun as well. We like to have a bit of a laugh.
