people, you ask them, hey, have you ever heard of this idea of love languages?

And so today we're going to talk about how we give and receive love.

All right.

When you say that, it's like, duh, that's a silly question, right?

I think also some people would be like, what is that?

Like sometimes we overcomplicate things, you know? And so when you hear that, you're like,

whoa, what? What does that mean? You know what I mean? But there's actually different ways

that we go about receiving love and how we show our love to people.

So we want to discuss that in this episode.
