Good morning. How are you?

I'm doing well. We have a lot to talk about today.

Yeah, we do. A lot of intense stuff.

And I think there were a couple of articles that I read in the last few days that really sparked

the desire to have this conversation.

And at its core, it's about the adjustments that we as women make when we leave our nest

and we go out into the world.

And the things that we have to adjust because we're women in order to succeed in the workplace and in order to try to ensure our basic safety when we're out and about.

Yeah, and this comes in the shadow two of the shootings in Atlanta, which just happened.

Yeah.

So all of, there's just a lot of violence.

There's a lot of unrest going on.

And I think what is interesting about what we're going to talk about is we're going to talk about violence from our perspective, from the female perspective.

And I think that's a valid conversation.

Yeah, I think so too.

So women in London have been protesting, and we'll get to that.

And we'll also talk about women in the workplace and this really interesting headline that I came across that says that career advice for women is essentially gaslighting and why that is.

But I thought we would start by going back a little bit and talking about
