What is going on, guys.

0:13.5

Welcome to another episode of the Boom Boom Performance Podcast.

0:17.5

Today's podcast is a post-Halloween.

0:20.8

Yes, this is a day after Halloween. I'm going to be

0:22.4

completely honest with you guys. I feel like shit. It's unbelievable. I don't know if I'm getting

0:26.9

old or I'm not getting old. Let's be honest. I'm getting older. I can feel myself aging,

0:33.6

but I don't know if that's it. I think it's the fact that I haven't eaten shitty food in so long, but I literally had three pieces of fun-sized candy. I think I had like a little bag of skittles. I had some wreaths and I had milk duds, which I wasn't a fan of. And I just feel lethargic today. It's weird. Not even like I feel bloated or anything like that, but my mental, I just have such a mental fog. I woke up this morning to do my morning routine.

0:58.9

And part of that is usually, let me write, let me journal, let me read. And I was just slow.

1:04.3

Like, I just felt slow as shit. Which makes me appreciate how important nutrition is, man.

1:10.1

1:21.6

so many different things.

1:22.7

1:26.8

And I remember like not even

1:28.1

realizing what my body and my brain were actually capable of because I've never lived in a higher

1:33.4

level or a state of higher being. I guess you could even call it just because I was eating like

1:38.1

shit. I was eating like shit all time. And even if my diet was 80% good, there was still

1:42.7

shitty food every day like processed sugars, tons of gluten,

1:46.2

dairy, things like that, which aren't quote unquote bad.

1:48.7

Don't get me wrong.

1:49.4

But if you consume too much of it, I do believe they create some kind of brain fog for some people.

1:56.0

Dairy is iffy.
