0:24.7	to kind of familiarize her with you guys. So stick around, we're going to take you on a little journey of our relationship and what's going on with her.
0:34.8	So right now you are 22 years old, she is my first of six and she is a senior at NYU. And just to kind of brag a little bit about her big brain the year that she got accepted
0:47.6	the year she got accepted there was a 12% acceptance percentage So that means that 88 percent got told no and
0:57.0	she was one of the 12 that told yes. So she got a really great education, she's
1:01.5	wrapping it up and tell them what your major is.
1:05.0	So my major at NYU sustainable real estate development and I study at the
1:10.0	Shack Institute of real estate. Okay so what do you want to do with that degree?
1:13.8	So as of right now, I am a real estate agent.
1:16.8	I just got my license a couple of months ago and I started doing real estate in the
1:21.8	city.
1:22.2	I'm about to get my license in New Jersey as well and I want to start out as an agent then eventually got my brokers license and then start to do investment.
1:31.0	Mm-hmm so why don't you tell him where you just got your job? So I just
1:35.6	started working at Surhand which is if you don't know one of the top real estate
1:40.0	agencies slash brokers in Manhattan in New York.
1:44.0	So I just started working there.
