look toward the frat house or the weightlifting gym or the bourbon distillery?

How about technology?

Even though it's true that more women are being encouraged

to pursue careers in STEM fields, we are still so behind in some industries and

tech is a big one.

It's been five years now since Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, and Google released diversity reports, revealing that they

overwhelmingly employed white and Asian men.

And all of these tech giants committed to diversifying their workforce and doing better.
