What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. Hope everyone had a fantastic week. My week was honestly pretty stressful but towards the end I kind of thought to myself you only

get one life and you've got to be grateful and even in stressful times sometimes you got to push through and one mantra that my therapist gave me that I'm obsessed with is breakdown breakthrough which I absolutely love that sometimes like everything has to go scorched earth before you can start to build again and I really love that.

So that is what I'm repeating to myself over and over again, breakdown, breakthrough.

Also not to be like mom, but I am going to take this moment to remind everybody to do all your

checks.

So I don't know if you saw Olivia Munn's post this week, but she revealed that she had been diagnosed I don't

know why I said revealed like who am I the daily mail I hate when they always

say that about revealed like she announced that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and like it was the way that they

caught it was through doing routine checks and her doctor being thorough and I

just feel like as women we oftentimes we really put those things off and we're like oh it's

fine like oh it's fine I don't need to go to the doctor I don't need to get my hop smear

I don't need to do this and that like like I can just push it off, you know, because we're just like, we're machines, like men get a paper cut and they're like, oh my God, like take me to the ER.

Women, like our arm is like dangling off and we're like I'm fine just put a

bandaid on it we can go on Monday it's like it's insane and I know I'm like that

like for example I didn't know I had mono until I was hospitalized they were like how have you been living your life because I had a bad reaction when I got my wisdom teeth out because I had mono and they were like how are you going to school with mono and you didn't even know and I was like oh I just thought I was a little tired. So I had two like medical checks this week. I was like debating as to whether I was going to say that because I'm weird about that stuff but you can't you can't

manifest negatively.

You're having illnesses so I'm going to say it but like so I had to do two checks this week which you know look it's uncomfortable and it's

expensive and it's time consuming and it's scary to go do those checks but I am

glad that I did them because we need to do them and so I

encourage you to make your yearly women's check up get your mammograms if

you're of age if you know that you're you know you have a history of

something get that shit checked man and by the way can I just say
