| 1:18.0 | pleaser, the recovering people pleaser in me that does show up. But because I'm |

| 1:26.8 | recognizing when it is showing up and recognizing when I need want to or should say no. |

| 1:36.6 | but there I was brooding later on in the day. |

| 1:41.9 | where even when we do the thing that we need or want to do |
| 1:46.4 | that afterwards we can get a little broody and this is especially if it's actually a |
