But we should get into it. So today we're talking all about New York City. We got so many questions,

but I think they're pretty quick so we're going to try to rapid fire, go through them as fast as possible.

Yes. But before we get into it, highs and lows.

Yes. Grace, tell me you're high.

So my high was that this past weekend I was in Atlanta and I was a keynote speaker for a blogging conference.

And I've done a lot of public speaking. I've been on panels and different things like that,

usually just panel discussions. I've never been invited to be keynote.

So I had an hour-long presentation. I was scared, shitless, but I think it went really well.

And I was just really proud of myself that I did it and didn't get nervous and sweat through my clothes.

First of all, are you too big a deal for this podcast now?

Yeah, probably. I'm really famous.

Wow. That's a pretty big deal.

Second, I saw so many people on Instagram stories were talking about what an inspiration you are.

It sounded like people loved it.

I think they really liked it. I just hope it was helpful. I tried to give as much actual tactical advice as I could.

Because I feel like a lot of people present at these things and are just like,

be authentic, take nice photos and people walk away and they don't learn anything.

Well, I'm so proud of you.
