But this time Shree came over to my house and we sat on the front porch and recorded for like an hour and a half

She has been in the CrossFit community. She's been with CrossFit HQ forever and ever and ever and she does the announcing for

a lot of the games recaps and

Regionals and former owner of CrossFit her. She's just yeah, she's been her own CrossFit world forever and yeah

Her husband is Matt Chan and he is a CrossFit games athlete and so we just wanted to catch up with her because we love her very much
