Yeah, so we go from, you know, defeated at one end, where we are beyond vulnerable.

We feel powerless in an uncertain world.

That's the low point.

And that's the low point, whether it's in the markets or in life.

And the challenge is most people think that that's the beginning

of when it's going to get bad. They don't realize that, you know, bankruptcy is the low. And so

there's a book end to lows in confidence. It's when we feel defeated. And that's the last time

you should give up because history

shows that that's the bottom. You know, you've reached that point. And if you're, if you just
