So I was having this conversation with a group of women today and I had actually planned to put up something completely different, but it just inspired me about being stuck.

It was just like, I have these bad habits. I don't know how I'm going to get through Ramadan.

I'm just lazy. I'm just unmotivated. I'm just like binge watching Netflix, like series after series. I don't know if I can, you know, I just, this is a show. It's

really good. I don't know if I can get off it on Ramadan, you know, whatever it was. I was like

listening to certain types of music that was kind of like sad and low and like ballads and depressing.

And it's just like, I don't know, like that's the stuff I feel. So it just makes sense to me right now and how to pull myself out of it.

Or maybe it was like a bad friend that they just need to distance themselves from.

But their friend just like is kind of a little needy, keeps calling them up.

Or maybe they've been friends with them a long time.
