Hey everybody. How are you today? Gosh, it's a beautiful Friday here in St. Louis when I like to do my podcast. And I just got through talking to one of you, one of my podcast. And the reason that I'm so excited is that she agreed

I am eating. I am down 25 pounds this year, 50 since I started back in 2016, and it doesn't bother me that it is a

slow process. What truly matters is that I am fixing myself on the way down and learning so many
