Hi everybody welcome back to the show just as a reminder every

Wednesday I put up a episode where I coach somebody live on the air. I recently ran into a podcast

fan out in the world and she was shocked that I don't know anything about the

caller before they call in, which is true. I don't. I think maybe some of you think I maybe

screen people or have an idea of who the person is or do any prep. Nope. We just go in cold like I would with a client in a session.

When people fill out the form to be on the podcast they give me a little idea of what the question is, but honestly I just skim it because I really really like to just be present and see what presents and dive in in the present moment without it being produced or scripted at all.

And I think that delivers more value to all of you because you really get to

hear what an authentic raw coaching session can be like.

And this one with Kristen is a great one,

especially for all of you wanting to make a change in your life even if the topic of pursuing a

calling doesn't resonate with you you're still going to get a lot of value out of
