well so many of the people that I work with deal with it and

it is something that I have dealt with a lot in my life. One of my nicknames as a

kid was Worry Wart because I would I just would worry and I had a lot of anxiety as a

kid and I think it you know came from things that happened in my life but also just

biochemically I'm a little wired toward it and I talk about a

little bit of what those biochemical wiring can be like in this coaching session with Verushka. And it's something that has been a gift in so many

ways for me because it's been a massive teacher. It's often catapulted next levels of
