podcasting after work, but turns out you're a little ill. So this is one of those rare

Yeah, you know, I got COVID last December with like basically everyone else I know and now a lot of those same people are

getting it again so I figure I'm going to get it pretty soon I tested myself

today I'm negative but just you know if I do get it try not to spread it at all

You know yeah, that would be nice. I know we're not wearing masks so much anymore at least if you get it or think you might have it please don't

go about your normal day I've heard about some people doing this yeah that is not

cool that's not cool at all would you do that with the fucking flu? I mean, come on. I mean, that's always been since I was raised. Like, if you have the flu, you fucking stay home. You don't want to give it to people. Yeah, I never really thought about it so much before,

but yeah, you should not do that.

And I think like even if you have the flu,

you should be wearing a mask now.

Oh, for sure, yeah.

The mask had become such a cultural signifier that people don't even remember its

actual use, which is that if you're sick, you should wear it.

Oh yeah, yeah, I mean the East Asian countries were way ahead of us on that one and I guess now we've all caught up. You know you should if you have the flu or you have COVID, you should stay home from work, use one of your paid sick days in order to take some time and relax.

Because as we all know, everybody benefits in this society from paid sick days

whether it's one or seven or fifteen or whatever it is that the Biden administration

shoves down your fucking throat.
