You're off coffee? coffee. I'm on a cleanse with my acupuncturist right now, and I've been having some tummy troubles. Listen,

it might be TMI, but we're among friends. Yeah, go for it. So I needed to do like a little bit of a

digestive reset. And so I'm doing this acupuncture cleanse with her, which her name is Sanya,

by the way, we need to have her on our podcast. She's fabulous. Love that. Love that. We love her. And she's a big fan of

Best to the Nest. So hi, Senia. And I have been off coffee now for, oh my gosh, a week and a half.

How's it feeling? It feels good. It felt like a little rocky the first couple days. Like I felt a little

hazy in the mornings. Right. But now I feel really good. How about you? Well, I'm off coffee, but I'm not off caffeine.
