Yeah, so the first thing that I want to talk to you about is, you know, what is an account

manager?

Well, an account manager, RDO has taken over this philosophy of years ago, and an account

manager just isn't a salesperson in the company.

Basically, we partner with the company with our customers to build a relationship together

where we're the first one-to stop.

We're promoting the service, the parts, we're integrating everything together,

where we're the first person of contact for the customer to come to.

So basically what we do is just keep everybody in the loop, keep everybody in the knowledge

and partnering together so we can make ourselves more successful and our customers more

successful.
