I know, I know.

Oh, how are things in England at the moment?

Well, we are still locked down.

That's the phrase that they've used for this season,

because we literally are not allowed out of our houses unless it's essential

groceries that we have to go or we're allowed one one form of exercise a day only with the people

in our household. Oh my word. Lockdown. That term even is just so it feels so invasive just to even

hear that like lockdown.

Yeah.

And it's interesting because when you say that, it immediately makes me go, oh, well, what

this lockdown has done for me is it's made me realize that there's been some really good

things from the lockdown, tons of family time, which is good on most days.

Yeah.

And tons of things, but then there's other things that I realize that I've actually locked

down in my life that need to come to the surface and there's no better time than the present

for some of those things to actually, while I'm in locked down, it's time to actually unlock some of those things that have been locked down.
