Primarily we got bye bye bonita is north London Darby silliness and a quick chatter about villa. Rest of world will go through it really quickly, although we did have a severe Darby harpooning that we must touch on.

And also Alfonso Davies. And then of course, stoppage time with everybody's favorite segments best bets and goas.

But now time to welcome in these beauties here with me this week, charitable enough to share some time. Again, we will start with the man who made waves on the internet today or maybe yesterday, Mitchell Goulet, a K over time, Mitch.

People are people are talking. There's buzz going around about you claiming you can dunk on me, Mr. Goulet. So let me start with this question.

Now, I know you can dunk allegedly on a 10 foot rim. I've seen it on your seen it on your Instagram. But have you ever actually dunked on another human being?

I have. Yeah. I caught a body for the first time this summer. Somebody tried to help baseline and the poor kid. He must have he couldn't have been more than 16 17. He jumped with me and it was just an ill advised move.

Whole park went nuts and I almost put the channel eight weather guy on a poster literally yesterday morning. I missed the dunk, but he decided to jump with me too. Oh my god, I got up for that one.

So yeah, it's not I'm not claiming I could put you on a poster. It's just when it's just find some time on my schedule and we'll make it happen.

Okay. All right. You dunked on a small child and now you're now you're coming for the for the gang. Okay. Now when you follow question, did you know when you asked that or made this, you know, a landage statement? Did you know that I played high school basketball?

I didn't, but I don't really care because in the poll you asked you asked everybody and Larry is the one that said yes. Now, if you asked a bunch of people if you were a good singer and Ed Sheeran was like, yeah, you're a good singer.

Wouldn't that be the most valid opinion?

Yeah, that's fair. That's fair. It actually got worse. So not only did Larry say yes and vote yes in the poll. Matthew Hoppy voted yes of the poll.

My sister voted yes.

So yeah, it was all downhill from there. Unfortunately, well, quickly, I will give you two reasons why you will never ever dunk on me.

Number one, you got to play defense to get dunk done. And obviously, I don't play defense. So that's not happening.

Number two, if I ever like to sort of saw it in your eye that you were even thinking about it, I would punch you so hard in the testicles that you would not be able to walk for a week and keep that in mind.

Or on the same court again, because or not again, but first time because I am not even kidding, I am being free.

At least you own up to it, right?
