Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve. So what do you think our mass mandates coming back?

I mean, it certainly looks like they're thinking about it at least, and while we can all be thankful that a number of states and counties, even some in the blue is to blue states are passing legislation to protect their citizens from a return of COVID tyranny.

Nevertheless, it does seem as if the Biden administration may indeed be crazy enough to try to go COVID mode again this fall and winter.

But this all raises the question of how we should be thinking about our health and the practical steps that we can take to take back control of our health.

I'm joined once again by my good friend Dr. Ashley Lucas, who many of you know recently helped me very much my personal journey to regain control of my health.

No, it's awesome. You know, I just actually wanted to start off just on your opinion on how what you think in terms of how things are developing out there.

You of course are on the front lines of health and nutrition coaching. What are your thoughts on the possibility of COVID coming back?

Yeah, I mean, I think it's wild. I'm grateful. Our kids go, we have three kids under the age of 11 and they go to a Christian Academy.

And they dealt with the pandemic in the past so well. I mean, the kids were home right at the beginning when we didn't know what was going on.

And then after that, the next year, they were back in school in the minute that they were able to release the mass mandate. They were able to take it off.

And hopefully we'll keep it off. So I am so blessed and grateful for that for for my kids because I know that's not the experience that most have had.

You know, and I don't I don't know what's going to happen here, but all that we can do is take control of our health and find a level of personal responsibility here that we have been given this amazing gift.

God has given us an amazing body that can do so many miraculous things. And I think it's our responsibility to take care of it.
