I'm very glad to be joined once again by Alex Epstein,

who is the president and founder of the Center for Industrial Progress.

He's also the author of the moral case for fossil fuels, a book we've discussed on the show.

And what I want to talk about today is something he did not too long ago.

He testified at a hearing before the House Natural Resources Committee,

and this is a committee that has AOC on it.

And the subject matter had to do with Puerto Rico and energy.

Now, as it turns out, as we'll discuss, it was actually a rather specific issue.

But Alex is a big picture guy, and boy, he brings the big picture to this testimony at this hearing.
