I am so happy to have Mark Sisson back on the show.

I think it's been years since we've had Mark on and I'm so glad to be doing that.

Mark is the brains behind the primal blueprint, which I've been talking about for a long

time.

I haven't always been faithful to it.

You know, I should have been and I intend to be more faithful to it in the future.

But it's an approach to health that does indeed involve food, but also exercise and sleep
