0:29.0	I coach a lot of you in Be Bold on businesses that you're growing and I've learned so much about being an entrepreneur myself over the last five years as I've grown my own business.
0:40.0	And whenever I have new insights, I like to pass them along and some of the insights I get come from my own experience, from my own sometimes failures, sometimes from things I'm studying, from coaches or books I'm reading or things like that.
0:54.0	Other times it comes from observing new entrepreneurs over and over again and some of the common mistakes that I see them making.
1:02.0	And this episode that I have for you today, I think you're going to find so powerful if you are an entrepreneur or if you have what I call a jobbie.
1:12.0	So a jobbie is a business that we have that's actually more of a hobby.
1:19.0	Now there's nothing wrong with having a jobbie. I don't say that with judgment at all.
1:24.0	But sometimes what I see is that we go after something because we're excited about it or we want to contribute in the world or we want to try something out.
1:34.0	And then we tell ourselves that maybe this will turn into a business, maybe this will end up making me a little bit of money.
1:40.0	Or we say things like I'm okay with not making money. I just want to do this thing. I just want to try it in the world.
1:46.0	And that is totally fine if you have no intention of making money.
1:50.0	But I want to just point out to you that sometimes what's happening is your brain is just trying to play it safe.
1:57.0	And that making money in your business is more challenging, right?
2:02.0	Requires probably more trial and error. It requires certainly a lot more discomfort.
2:08.0	And I'm okay with that as long as you're telling yourself the truth.
2:12.0	Don't tell yourself that this might turn into something because most people don't stumble upon successful businesses.
2:20.0	Even though it might appear that way. It's not how it works.
