This week we're going to talk about the idea that making up your recovery sort of as you go along and not really having a plan or some structure is a bad idea.

I'm going to give you three primary reasons why it's a bad idea to do that and why you should have a plan and why you should have some structure.

I resisted on an almost pathological level, but in my recovery, I had to come to grips with the fact that I needed a plan and I needed some structure.

It helped me so much when I finally did that.
