Today's cocktail is called I Me That Pin.

The ingredients you need for that pin

are three shots of gin, four teaspoons of granadine,

one large egg white, and two strips of lemon zest,

and two marashing no cherries.

Those are garnishes, so if you don't want to use them,

you don't have to.

So you're going to put two cocktail glasses in the fridge to chill

before you get started.

Pour the gin and granadine in a cocktail shaker,

then fill with ice, shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy,

strain the mixture into a jug and discard the ice.

Tip the egg white into the shaker and pour in the gin mixture,

shake until the egg white is frothy.

Pour cocktail into prepared glasses,

garnish with cherries and the lemon zest.
